Kelly Brogan, M.D. She is a holistic psychiatrist of women's health, author of the New York Times bestselling book, A Mind of Your Own, the children's book A Time For Rain and co-editor of the historical textbook, Integrative Therapies for Depression.

He completed his psychiatric training and scholarship at the NYU Medical Center after graduating from Cornell University School of Medicine, and has a B.S. from M.I.T. in Systems Neuroscience. It is certified by the board in psychiatry, psychosomatic medicine and holistic integrative medicine, and specializes in a root cause resolution approach for psychiatric syndromes and symptoms. He is on the board of GreenMedInfo, Price-Pottenger Nutrition Foundation, Functional Medicine University, Pathways to Family Wellness, Mindd Foundation, SXSW Wellness, Chickasaw Nation Wellness and the peer-reviewed indexed magazine Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine. She is the medical director of Fearless Parent and a founding member of Health Freedom Action. She is a certified teacher of Kunda Kundalini Yoga and mother of two.

  1. Can’t get on board with this way of eating for so many reasons. Total plant-based way of life has been proven to be optimal for human health, the health of our planet, and certainly most compassionate to animals. People who have heart disease and type 2 diabetes cannot reverse disease on a diet that includes meat.

  2. Basically, eat mainly unprocessed plant based food with smaller portions of meat and fish.
    Sleep and move .
    Simple !
