MY STORY: From Vegetarian and Keto to Carnivore | Eating Disorder and Depression to Healing

Hello! Finally I decided to sit down and share my story and why I chose Nutrition with Judy instead of my office job.

In this video we talk through:
My trip and how I recovered from weight and mental health struggles with anxiety and depression with a ketogenic diet turned into a carnivore. The meat really heals.

  1. Thanks for your vulnerability. We learn so much from others sharing. I am also free from ED and Food Addictions with this WOE. I have been eating CV for over a year now and can never look back

  2. Oh my gosh Judy! Thank you for sharing your story so vulnerably! It helps all of us who struggle with food addiction to not feel alone and to know there is hope for peace and freedom around food. I’ve been a good addict (sugar and flour) all my adult life and now I’m 65. A lot of suffering and craziness and missing out on life because of being in the food. I found freedom for about 4 years in a very strict, rigid 12 step food addiction program. It worked for me but I found it to be a bit fear and shame based so I eventually left. The first bite of sugar opened the floodgates again to binging. Then I found keto, but I found that all the desserts and fat bombs with stevia and other sweeteners also triggered binges. Then I discovered carnivore but haven’t been able to be 100% abstinent until my daughter introduced me to you! So very, very grateful to be experiencing peace and freedom again! And I’m definitely an obliges too!

  3. You are beautiful and strong. I'm so happy you have found healing. Your story is a testimony that we have amazing bodies that will keep going even under the most extreme circumstances.
