  1. I'm glad you brought up this topic. B.C. can be very harmful to the body. People need to hear this. Some physicians will not discuss the side effect because it's all about selling products. Most will downplay the effects on the body.

  2. I appreciate your transparency V!!!! I know you mentioned your depression and transition a few times on IG but sheesh! I use the Nuva Ring. Been using it for years and I absolutely love it. I have an app on my phone that reminds me to remove it. Sometimes I get those crazy symptoms like moodiness and bloating but overall I'm good. So glad that you are doing well. Go head and have a daughter!!!πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  3. Thank you for sharing your experience and this information. I have 2 sons and I chose to have my tubes tied. Best decision I made for me. Our bodies go through so much just to have children. TfsπŸ’œ

  4. I am so happy for you that you took your health into your own hands! Birth control is ALWAYS pushed on us. I have 3 kids and my doctor and family wanted me to continue w/ birth control or a tube tie. NO, I made my husband get a vasectomy! Have your fiance find another doctor!! I qent the holistic route to balance my hormones. That helped alot. Look into that for yourself! Thank you, thank you for sharing! You are truly inspirational!!
