♡ Greetings Powerful beings, my intentions are to learn, heal and share through the guiding principles of the Dagara cosmology of Burkina Faso and Tamale, Ghana.

♡ I am here to communicate with those who are spiritually called to remember tradition: be as you know with nature, spirit and ancestors as your guide (EcoTherapy & EcoPsychology).

+ My experience is contextual and is not agreed by all my family, etc. All links of my research will be attached when appropriate. * I am not a licensed doctor.

♡ I am an empath, a Black WombMan who has lived 3 decades in the bad constructions of society, which has resulted in a generational trauma inside and outside our communities. Bredrens / Sistrens, have you or someone you know been misdiagnosed?

♡ I welcome you to this channel and together we solve everything that is divided into compartments as primitive (Etymology of primitive: first people in its class).

♡ REMEMBER ♡ Subscribe ♡ Share ♡ Like ♡ (Iset Asanté) Mental Health Black Community vs Bipolar BPD Depression PTSD Anxiety. Return to your nature has the roots to heal you.

Dr. Joy DeGruy wrote her book based on her research on the Effects of Slavery and Institutionalized Racism, Mental Health in relation to African Diaspora and Maafa people. Posttraumatic slave syndrome P.T.S.S. (similar to P.T.S.D.): it is a condition that exists as a result of the multigenerational oppression of Africans and their descendants as a result of centuries of slavery by chattel. A form of slavery that was based on the belief that African Americans were inherently / genetically inferior to whites. Followed by institutionalized racism that continues to perpetuate injuries: P.T.S.S.

+ Star Trek quote The Next Generation S1E1: "Did your lack of attention make it inconvenient?" It simply summarizes that: just because one does not have the ability to see something that is already present, does not cancel its preexistence.

♡ We all have the responsibility to heal ourselves first and let healing be a reflection in every person / place we interact with. KnowThySelf aligns with our Ancestral / Mate Purpose and we are committed to building the Traditional Foundation together.

+ A Native American term, Heyoka is living emotional mirrors for those around them. The "sacred clown / fool". The true meaning: saying / acting in a different way, backwards, opposite to others, gives us a clearer understanding.

+ The following features of a Heyoka are defined by the energy you carry. It is how it interacts with reality, how it processes emotions. Some features may include; being dyslexic (thinking backwards), being born as a gap (coming back to the world), doing certain things backwards or looking younger than your age. Heyoka is movement and transformation.

+ The spirit of a Heyoka is the Great Mirror. What you see in them will show you what you need to work to evolve spiritually, since, however, reacting emotionally to them is your guide to reflect on you. This interruption of our spiritual status quo should never be seen as a bad thing. They just want to help those around them.

+ The registered trademark of an empath is to feel and absorb the emotions / physical symptoms of other people due to their ability to feel subtleties. They absorb and filter the world through their intuition and have difficulty verbalizing their feelings. When they feel overwhelmed by the impact of stressful emotions, empaths may experience panic attacks, depression, chronic fatigue, food, sex / drug bingeing or exhibit many other physical symptoms that defy traditional diagnosis.

Somé writes that each person is born with a destiny, and he or she is given a name that reflects that destiny. Somé says his name, Malidoma, means "friend of the enemy/stranger." Somé believes it is his destiny to come to Western audiences and promote an understanding between Western and African cultures.

describes a set of behaviors, beliefs and actions associated with or, related to multi-generational trauma experienced by African Americans that include but are not limited to undiagnosed and untreated Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in enslaved Africans and their descendants.

P.T.S.S. is a theory that explains the etiology of many of the adaptive survival behaviors in African American communities throughout the United States and the Diaspora. It is a condition that exists as a consequence of multigenerational oppression of Africans and their descendants resulting from centuries of chattel slavery. A form of slavery which was predicated on the belief that African Americans were inherently/genetically inferior to whites. This was then followed by institutionalized racism which continues to perpetuate injury.

a psychiatrist and author of “The Cress Theory of Color Confrontation and Racism,” and “The Isis Papers: The Keys to the Colors”. Dr. Welsing's whose scholarship scientifically illustrates “She was a voracious researcher who took every opportunity, and was constantly defending her views in the face of her many critics,” Dr. Browder said. Those critics included a classic televised encounter with popular TV host Phil Donahue, and a 1974 face off on public television’s “Black Journal” with eugenicist Dr. William Shockley in which she reportedly “eviscerated” the racist Nobel Prize winner, explaining that her theory was an attempt to “understand the behavior of White people in relation to all people of color around the world.”

+🚫Medical Apartheid: The Dark History of Medical Experimentation on Black Americans: The book is divided into three parts: the first is about the cultural memory of medical experimentation; the second examines recent cases of medical abuse and research; while the last addresses the complex relationship between racism and medicine. Some topics discussed are well-known, such as the Tuskegee syphilis experiment (1932—72), in which African Americans were injected with the disease in order to allow the evolution of the disease so it could be observed in all stages, but other episodes are less well known to the general public.[3] The book also mentions cases of Medical experimentation in Africa and their links to African-American cases.
