Watch for signs of depression after daylight saving


According to a study published by the University of Aarhus, there is an increase in the number of diagnoses of depression in the weeks after summer time. Changes in exposure to sunlight can alter people's circadian rhythms and cause insufficient production of hormones to feel good, such as dopamine and serotonin. Visit for more information.
