      I heard of 5htp but I gave up on trying new medications as nothing will feel the same way as it used to. Compared to the 1500x dopamine boost, that is.

      Has 5Htp honestly made a big change for you personally?

      I am in stuck in the grey zone, it would be nice to still have some hope of recovering the dopamine receptors

    3. I used to take 5-HTP and found that it made my anxiety worse. I'd recommend talking with a doctor first before starting any medication.

    5. I’ve never heard of it, I’m taking magnesium, drinking alkaline water, I changed my eating habits as well., I started praying and commit myself to meditate in the promises that God has for me. The anxiety and depression has decreased tremendously. I also have two fish tanks at home one in my bedroom (10 gallons) and a 30 gallons in my living room, it is so relaxing.

    10. 2018 month of May is the worst month for me because in this month i was very depressed and i feel sick for nothin i was thinking that i have a brain cancer or something stupid so i started getting stress regularly, i feel tightness in head muscles,fear of nothing,lightheadness and googling my regular symptoms of my body and i was depressed for 3 or 4 weeks
