Tips for Dealing With Anxiety & Depression | DIY’s & More!


Here are some tips and tricks that have helped me deal with my anxiety and depression on / off. I'm just talking from personal experience, I'm not an expert! Only sharing my own tips 🙂
I thought that a video like this could help some of you, since it has been very requested, and many of you communicated with me to tell me that they suffer something similar!

Have you ever tried – Lammywalness Erase Depression Guide (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is an awesome exclusive guide for beating depression fast without the headache. Ive heard some decent things about it and my best friend Jordan after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical results with it.

    4. you can not have “on and off depression” you can have blinks of major sadness, not depression, depression is constant. please dont get the two mixed up.

    6. Something i did was i got a empty cleaned out can and put life vs death of it. An everytime i feel down i put death or hate and when im happy i put in life or love

    7. I have anxiety. And i find it quite hard at school because i am always anxious and cant think straight. And i guess i take things too seriously. If anyone looks at me for a little bit i get nervous that they are talking about me. And i dont sleep very well. Because i generally get alot of anxiety at night because im generally thinking alot. And when i think of something that i own that im not 100% sure where is. I want to get up from whatever im doing and find it straight away. Im not sure why. And i randomly wake up in the middle of the night at like 3am for no reason. I have a little notebook That i write each day of how bad my anxiety was. So then my mum can see if my anxiety is getting worse or improving. I havnt been giving medication yet. My doctor is monitering me. He said if it stays the same or gets worse he will definatly recomend anti anxiety pills. He said they will sort out chemicles in my brain to help get rid of anxiety.
      I hope one day i get over my anxiety. And i hope anyone else with anxiety can get over theirs aswell.

I get headaches almost everyday, I grind my teeth at night, my hand shakes all the time, I startle really really easy, I'm never relaxed, my throat feels like it's closing right now, and it feels like there is a brick on my chest. Ive been like this for a year now. Sometimes I feel like I should see a doctor but idk.

How do you encourage a teenager when they are very negative and very depressed don't want to walk to want to move don't do nothing but lay down to sleep and you buy all kinds of scrapbooks want to take them for a walk want to go swimming and they just refuse and refuse and refuse ?

    14. A possible app recommendation that can help with your anxiety and or depression is an app called Mood Triggers. The app helps you learn what is triggering your anxiety or depression.     15. this is awful, you've compleatly romanticized mental illness. depression isn't making pretty bracelets and journals. its lying in your bed all day doing nothing wanting to sleep but not being able to because all you do is cry and being too sacred to go outside.

    17. My depression and anxiety get better when I go for a walk, and drink plenty of water.
      Diys make me feel frustrated, irritated, annoyed and any other negative feeling.
