    1. I have the oddest issue, when I drink lots of water, especially when I wake up, and eat lots of fruit and vegetables and non junk food, I get anxiety and my head is super cloudy and loopy. For some reason junk food "calms" my head. Anyone have any idea why? This just started last spring after withdrawing from both alcohol then a few weeks later from ephedrine caffeine stack. In the past I have withdrawn from Marijuana and before that I had a binge period of time after wrestling season when I lost over 30 pounds (most of which I ultimately held off). Each time I went through these I noticed some sort of weakening (lack of a better term) in my head and cloudiness.. Loss of energy. No doctor or psychiatrist has been able to figure out out.
