    1. You see muscle is created by repeatedly lifting things that have been designed to weigh us down.
So when your shoulders feel heavy.
      Stand up straight.
      Lift your chin.
      Hell, call it exercise.Β
Remember, life is a gym membership with a really complicated cancelation policy .
      Remember, that you will survive.
      Remember, things could be worse
Remember, we are never given anything we cant handle
When the world crumbles around you.
You have to look at the wreckage and then build a new one out of all the pieces that are still here.Β
      Remember, you are still here.

    3. This is the wake up call that everyone needs!! It now pisses me off when I see right after this video another one called things couldn’t be any worse lmao

    4. I dunno why people are talking about people who have depression! Did they said that they were offended by his speech? !

    5. I just found out my house that I have been renting for the last 3 years is being scheduled for renovation and the homeowner wants me and my family out within 30 days. I have no savings and any place I can find big enough is way out of my price range. I watch this video first thing in the morning, every morning. I have to force myself to stand up straight and know that I CAN build a new life out of the pieces. Thank you Rudy, you are helping me through a very tough time, and dont even know it πŸ™‚

    6. I’m not a very emotional man but I cried the first time I listened to this.. so amazing

    7. This is what I needed today. Weeks ago, GATE and IES results were declared and i did qualify but I didn't made it to the finalist. Those days when i used to study 12 hrs 13 hrs a day those efforts i made to live in that dorm n those efforts i made to eat rice in breakfast lunch dinner which i hated, i didn't even watch GoT S7 or Homeland S6 or Jab Harry Met Sejal. I went Anti-social. When I got my result all those efforts I made was in trash. I was depressed then I saw this and came to know "I GUESS THINGS COULD HAVE BEEN WORSE." I might not qualify even. Thank You! I'll try next year.

    8. Great poem but the tone, rhyming and body language was all copied from another poem. Just search up Michael Lee- the addict a magician. I don't respect people who basically perform the same poem as someone else but with different wording and meaning. Find your own style, don't copy someone else's.

    9. In case you're having a bad day Google the video of the girl getting hit in the face with a watermelon it will brighten your day up if you haven't seen it I'm sure

    10. When he talks about Claire Chaplains incident with the watermelon he sounds like ice T from law and order explaining gruesome stuff.

    11. After I watched Rudy on The Tonight Show I searched for his work all over. Such a powerful and soul-uplifting work!

    12. No no no this guy is too good. Too amazing. Too fantastic. There are so many words I can use to describe this guy and they all would fit him. Sigh

    13. β€œMost people don’t understand that tragedy and silence have the same address”
