    1. yes i like the scientific related discussion but all respect to these people they haven't a clue what we go through with these conditions.. i agree about the lack of interest from neuros and psychologists and even doctors and the your putting it on syndrome things need to be done not said….enough talking more actions please …we know what we go through …you are paid enough in your jobs now help us

    2. Could these blackouts be caused by an anxiety disorder? I have severe social anxiety, but I'm also a musician and went to school for the performing arts. Before I was able to gain more control over my anxiety, I would become lightheaded, vomit, or faint. I also suffered a few instances of blacking out for very short pieces of time. First thing I know I'm waiting backstage to go on, next thing I know I'm walking back offstage and the audience is clapping. There will be a video recording of my performance and I will seem completely lucid in the video, yet I will have zero recollection of it, almost as if I were sleepwalking or unconscious.

    3. Very useful information amd interedsting as I suffer from, dizxiness blackouts, lack of functioning thankyku for this video

    4. I have what was tthought to be " absence spells" but I just seem to black out.. even standing up.. NO shaking far as I know. My BP sometimes does skyrocket though right before one and I start feeling extremely tired an cant stay awake( NO epilepsy or nacalepsy but I do have LP confirmed pseudotumor cerebri with narrowing of a vessel) I am still going to ask my neuro if this is what he thinks my " absence spells" are becuz my EEGs are normal. I do stop breathing though and often am hyperventilang when I "come to" but it does seem to be brought on by stress, too much noise, heat. Some days I wil have one right after another. The other nuero things I have are ACC and septo optic dysplasia. Any medications I can ask my nuero about for these?
