Pleasantly Unpredictable ASMR

This ASMR video has a bit of everything, but in the spirit of being unpredictable, I will not explain too much about it. The intention of this video is to relax and calm the mind.

Thanks for watching!

People use ASMR for different reasons, but I try to make each video one that you can fall asleep to (though, you're more than welcome to watch for whatever reason you want!). Specifically, I make videos for people who have an overactive mind, anxiety disorder, anxiety, insomnia, depression or are actively stressed. I believe that the neurochemicals in all these mental states are very similar and my ASMR style seeks to balance those neurochemicals. I am not a neurologist, psychologist or professional of any medical / scientific field. I just have a lot of experience with stress, anxiety and ADHD, so I see the world and the ASMR through that lens. So, if you like Asmr faster with a variety of sounds and triggers in each video, then hopefully you should enjoy these videos … and if you have ADHD, anxiety, insomnia, depression or are actively stressed, then I hope you can find relief here

What is ASMR?

Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a term used to describe an experience characterized by a tingling or static-like sensation in the skin that usually starts on the scalp and moves to the back of the neck and upper part of the scalp. spinal column. It has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia. ASMR means the subjective experience of "low grade euphoria" characterized by "a combination of positive feelings and a tingling sensation similar to the static on the skin". Usually triggered by specific acoustics (tapping / brushing / whispering) and visual stimulation (hand movements / lights / etc.)

    1. Last week I asked what video you wanted to see and this won hands down. Thank you to everyone who voted! I hope you enjoy watching this one as much as I enjoyed making it.

    2. I love these videos. You are very creative in picking objects to use and that is one of the main reason I keep coming back-you’re not just doing the basic stuff everyone else is doing. You’re doing odd and different stuff too. I’d love love love to see a video of the weirdest objects you use/have used. I think that’d be cool

    3. Yo what if u added background triggers (basically just tapping) while u were switching items thatd be hella nice ngl
