  1. Happy to find your video. I am just turning 46 and have had a heck of a last couple months. Anxiety while driving on highway. Had to pull over call 911 and that was in Nov 2017. It is now February 2018. Still refuse to drive. Since January 6th 2018 til today February 18th 2018 I have lost 24lbs. Just by not eating out and drinking water. My blood pressure is at an average of 128-135 / 84-98. I am about to start a water pill with potassium to help lower my blood pressure that my doctor prescribed. I to this point don't feel well enough to exercise yet. I feel weak, dizzy and just nervous. When I shower I get dizzy and anxiety. I don't know if it's the hot water or? I've had so many test and they all come back normal. From Thyroid to Heart. I was told my A1C was 5.7 which is pre diabetes. So my question to you is. What type of exercise did you start with. I hate being alone in the day when kids at school and hubby's away in fear of anything horrible happening. And also are these menopause symptoms? Thanks for any advice.

  3. Thank you so much…. I am where you were. Though I have serious back issues, I'm hoping using the right nutrition and the correct amounts of activity that work for me (recumbent bike) and maybe free weights for my upper body can work. I'm 62 years old and need to lose at least 35 lbs.

  4. Thank you so much for this video ! Help help ! I've never heard of this program ! What was it called 21 day ? I've been doing ww since 2007 and I've lost about 40 lbs ! Regain and lost 10 to 12 lbs over the past few years ! In May of this year 2015 I was at goal again ! But in June I guess I'm in peri menopause i have not gotten my period in 3 months ! I feel so bloated and I'm craving. Sugar as July I'm already up about 10 lbs ! Feeling. Frustrated and disgusted! Help
