My Anxiety and Depression Story – Severe Anxiety

My history of anxiety and depression – Severe anxiety

I felt it was important to share my story of anxiety and depression and deal with severe anxiety in growth, and how training / bodybuilding has helped me overcome my history of anxiety and depression and learn to cope with severe anxiety in a way that he does not. It affects my life in such a negative way.

Just know that, as long as you know what are the triggers of your anxiety and can learn to eliminate them, face each of them without fear, an anxiety or panic attack will be much less frequent over time!

    1. Great video man. As someone who has dealt with free floating anxiety in the past, this really hit home for me! It takes a lot to share personal stories with others and I give you a lot of credit for doing this!

    2. There's loads of help out then man! Worst thing you can do is suffer in silence! Good to acknowledge it!

    3. I CAN RELATE COMPLETELY ! I've had anxiety & panic attacks for 30 years….it's taken over a lot of my life. I started with avoidance behavior, and have been housebound a couple of different times. My family doesn't understand it, and I've lost a ton of friends because of it. I even live in a place because I'm not able to leave where I live because of it. Bless you brother. I know that when I do exercise on a regular basis it helps a great deal with the anxiety, so despite arthritis & other pains & problems, I exercise to help ward it off.
