    1. Tracking macros has helped me a lot especially when I tried a mini cut to 156lbs while on a powerlifting program. Personally I love food, and in my opinion eat whatever you want but if you have certain weight goals you'll have to adjust and make sacrifices. Great video !

    2. So I guess I need to bro then! LOL JK 😛 Honestly, you nailed with with talking about how those type of foods do make you feel good, however that doesn’t mean you need to cut out other foods. Great video and awesome message!!

      Good video my friend. I think mentally Flexible dieting is the healthiest way for most people. I have mixed opinions on tracking, dependent on the extremity of the tracking, which I'm sure you can understand.
