His Kundalini Yoga Teacher in this video is the Danish founder Dayal Kaur of YogiSpirit.

The location of the video is a local skate park and an underground hip hop area in Esbjerg, Denmark. It is a closed maintenance facility for a railway station. It was empty for years until a group of young skaters started building their own skate park there. Dayal likes to film his videos in special places like this, adding a contrast to the spiritual light in yoga. She believes that the shattered environment corresponds very well to the disorder that most of us carry inside, and we would like to show, that it is possible to bring light to this mess and chaos, and that the contrast can be really beautiful indeed! Yoga is for everyone, not only for pure, healthy children and already saved from the earth. With these videos, she hopes to invite a different audience to the world of yoga, welcoming them into a setting in which they can relate more than a field of soft flowers …

Dayal runs her own Yoga Center in Esbjerg, Denmark, where she also teaches yoga and meditation at a local treatment center for drug addiction. He is currently working on the construction of an online international school of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation taught by Yogi Bhajan. It will be available soon on www.YogiSpirit.tv

    1. I have Complex PTSD. For the last 3 weeks I have been having panic and anxiety attacks. About 3 minutes in, I just started sobbing and my body started shaking as if I were having a panic attack without the panic feeling. With the 2nd meditation, I started to feel intense anger like I haven't felt in a long time. Now after I feel… weird, but no panic is happening. I'm not thinking about anything except typing this message, which is strange for me. I hope this means it is working.

    4. Does anyone know if the first meditation can be practiced on your menstraul cycle? It's basically breath of fire, right? I know they recommend deep breathing instead on your period.

    14. Hi can u pls help me… I m suffering from mental depression my brain nerves are becoming day by day very weak. If I think any positive thoughts suddenly another voice will come from inside my soul which i will hear very bad negative thoughts which is spoiling my life. I don't know how and why it's coming after hearing i will get fear and i will become emotionally weak. This is happening from past 8 months. I think I may loose my family and my life because of this negative thoughts. How can i come out from this negative addiction 😢

    18. Ms. Dayal Kaur, am curious. My experience with meditation was the exact opposite of peace. It was utter terror. I have never been so frightened in my life. Dim colourful vibrating lights with deafening sound in my ears/head while being paralysed and (power?) trying to enter through every pore of my skin. I stopped immediately and have never tried meditation again for 20 years now.
