Kids who exercise show fewer signs of depression


There is more evidence on the benefits of exercise for children. Researchers in Norway discovered that children who performed more moderate to vigorous activity during elementary school had fewer symptoms of depression two years later. However, the findings did not conclude that sedentary behavior leads to depression.
