This one-hour guided self-hypnosis session is to help you release and overcome problems of anger or resentment.

The second half of this recording will guide you on a journey of positive and powerful forgiveness, so that you can finally give up all the old negative thought patterns or unwanted attachments.

This trip can be repeated as many times as you wish, to allow yourself views, sounds and sensations of a more relaxed and positive inner calm, a stronger sense of self-esteem and much more confidence in your own relaxed control and self-control.

By its own internal direction, it can continue to find its greatest potential for vigil.

This session is appropriate and recommended to listen repeatedly, and regular listening will accumulate positive suggestions and / or their own positive results.

The end of this session will provide options to get carried away at night or to return to your fully conscious, awake and alert mental state.

Do not listen to this recording while driving or operating machinery.

    1. What happens if I fall asleep during this? As well as actually having to deal with things and stopping the meditation?

    2. Wow! how great God is an the universe. I needed this more than I thought. It was amazing and at some point I felt a heat around my face my hands and arms in particular felt vibrating. My lower lip begun to quiver which never happens to me then tears started to flow. I left this session feeling light, more grounded, open to accept others and calm.     3. Wow I feel so relaxed.. Oh my gosh when it was at the temple part, I saw a clear vision of a temple surrounded by water ponds and stone pillars in the middle with a platform containing the same statue as the one shown on the video. What God/goddess is this statue of?

    5. I have major anger issues. When I go full rage mode I get pretty scary. Shaking, kicking, punching, clenching my fists and jaw, cursing and yelling. Sometimes I even threaten to kill myself or start crying. Well today I got in a fight with my boyfriend (long story but let's just say he won't leave his crazy ex alone) and I will admit I'm infuriated. So as I do for insomnia and anxiety/ADHD, I turn to hypnosis and have a time out in my room. Thank you for this video. I feel much better now

    6. Wow this was by far the most powerful and beautiful and deep meditation I have ever done, the emotional release and insight was phenomenal. This was exactly what I needed! I let go of so much I feel so much happier but I did struggle on the part of forgiving others so I will continue to do this meditation to release more and more each time.     10. Thank you for sharing this powerful meditation. I became very bitter and angry after my separation and divorce about 12 years ago and got into a dynamic with the people that surrounded me so negative that I ended up burning more bridges that I could count, I got fired from jobs, close relatives and friends no longer spoke to me. I began doing this meditation and the part where it says to reflect on what anger has done in your life helped me see my part in this whole gigantic mess to the point that I no longer see myself as a victim. Thank you very much, I can say this video pretty much saved what is left from my life.
