I swear the reason I didn’t suffer from postpartum depression or baby blues was bc I tried from day one to make a “routine” for myself that included getting ready every morning, going outside, and making sure I ate well. I was very fortunate my husband got a month off of work so he was able to help cook meals I had froze and hold baby. You have been a HUGE inspiration to me since I found your instagram!!
