How I Fight Clinical Depression | Mental Health Motivation


IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMENT: I ​​hope this video motivates you or inspires you to find something, whether training or not, to help you cope with your mental illness and get stronger.
For those of you who do not know my story in more detail, here is my video about my story and I remind you that it was VERY difficult for me to open up on this subject and be so vulnerable on a platform that is so full of judgment on everything that I make. But I chose to be open about mental health because there are not enough people and all people suffer in silence because they are too embarrassed, scared or nervous to seek help. Ask for professional help if you have a mental illness and create a support system around you.

PLEASE REMEMBER: Be kind always because you do not know what someone is going through or has happened to. ESPECIALLY here on the internet. I deal with internet trolls every day saying hurtful things and I do not understand why people take the energy to spread hatred or hurtful language, when they might be spreading love. So I just want you to remember that the people behind each account are HUMAN. Spread love, do not hate. Be kind to others. Think before you write. Ask your friends and family if they are well. Be there for others. Create a life where people know you for all the good things and the love you have to offer.

    9. This short post did so much more for me than you know.. I’m almost 20 & have recently gotten out of a 3 year abusive relationship. As in tonight I finally took my last step and blocked his number. During my on and off relationship I would go back and forth between using fitness as fuel. And food.. ice cream. Right now I’m finally seeking the help I need because the trauma is so much but fitness has always made me feel so much better than eating. Thank you for this, feels like a new set of motivation and discipline 💕💕✨!

    10. It's hard to remember to be kind and remember that others are going through stuff when you're dealing with all your own crap BUT IT'S SO IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER!! I've seen that message so many times and I love it every time I see it, but I constantly forget, slip back down into my own vat of crap, and need to be re-reminded. So thanks for the reminder. We’re all more. <3 I’ve been currently struggling with a down phase again , so far it’s been almost 2 weeks. I hope it’ll get better soon.
