Hello my wild partner! Welcome to my YouTube channel! My name is Zoë, which means & # 39; life & # 39 ;. Exactly what I'm trying to do: live it! I am a free and practical spirit, trying to enter a chaotic world. The baby of rock & n 'roll, the child of the free festival, from sandy beaches to city streets. Amsterdam is my base, the world is my playground. In this channel I share videos to optimize our mind, body and soul. I honestly appreciate each of you who watch my videos. Thanks for that! I think YouTube is an incredible tool to connect and have interaction. Therefore, let's try to stay positive, send a good message and be kind to others. Who I am? I'm a full-time content creator. Next to this YouTube channel, I have a Dutch platform for the free and conscious spirit. We write a lot of inspiring articles and organize events in the Netherlands. I live partly in Amsterdam and partly work in and from all over the world. In this channel I share my experiences of life, my travels, my ideas and what inspires me. I also publish some of the (press) trips I do throughout the work I do, and I share videos that talk about career, life, listening to your heart (and your mind) and making your dreams come true. I hope you enjoy. Keep letting love rule.

    1. I recognize the truth in this video but I feel I am too far gone from this place. I made permanent changes to my life and no amount of inner work can change them. Only time and money can. I feel helpless. I envy the peace you all have in this video. My lack of
Boundaries and lack of self love got me in the situation I’m in. I was the same…I truly thought I loved myself. I was always very confident and self reliant. Something changed within me in the past two years and I fear I’ll never be the same.

    2. As Nadja said, evolutionary reasons don't allow our brains to easily have positive thoughts. And I believe that for some of us it's just super hard to keep "positive thinking" up. For those, there is a book written by Oliver Burkeman called – The antidote: Happiness for people who can't stand positive thinking. He talks about meditation and stoicism as tools to achieve happiness.

    3. Appreciate this bit of inspiration so much! ❤️ I find it so easy to feel down during the winter time. The lack of sunlight and cold weather seem to take all of my energy!

    4. It would be so interesting to check out her birth chart, because I feel like we may have some points in common lol and I am 22 currently
