    1. I saw your name mentioned in a comment on Daphne's channel. Yours was the only one I didn't know so I had to come check out your channel. I love that you are addressing PTSD in tandem with diet. I have C-PTSD myself and made the connection with food some time ago. Thing is I was going in the wrong direction thinking that veggies were better. Ha! Not quite. Turns out a high protein diet is working wonders, it's amazing. As I'm sure you know, it's not a cure all, but damn, my responses and reactions have seriously improved. I'm calmer, have less anxiety and am beginning to be able to function and think more straight.

Also, I include raw milk in my diet without a problem. Apparently my brain wants (maybe needs) it. I have also gone through periods of time not drinking it for a while too. But at the moment, my body seems to want it so I drink it.

    2. I’m just intolerant to chicken eggs and many others are who don’t know about it. That’s why removing them is a good idea to see if symptoms improve. Good question!

    3. May I ask why you don't consume chicken eggs? I like to drink raw organic pasture raised chicken eggs, I'm just wondering if you think those are okay or if you would avoid them all together?

    4. Do you drink coffee? Or what are the beverages if any you drink every day and sauces for meat?
