Causes of erectile dysfunction – Depression and alcohol
The brain is an erogenous zone often overlooked. Sexual arousal starts in your head and works its way down.
Depression can dampen your desire and can lead to erectile dysfunction.
Ironically, many of the medications used to treat depression can also suppress your sexual desire and hinder erections, and can cause a delay in orgasm.
You might consider taking some drinks to cheer yourself up, but too much alcohol may make it harder for you to finish the act.
Excessive alcohol consumption can interfere with erections, but the effects are usually temporary.
