Depression Recovery Live Chat #134

  1. Hiya Douglas. I've just finished watching this chat today. I haven't made a few of your live chats latley due to high anxiety, depersonalisation & parinoia. Also my sleeping is out of sink so sometimes now I'm asleep when the live chats are on which is about 8.00pm where I live. Hope everybody is doing ok

  2. Silent Unity also has an app you can install on your phone as well as other really progressive ways to contact and ask for prayer, meditate Etc. You don't even have to speak with anyone if you don't want to. They will respond back to you and as you said hold your request in prayer for 30 days. I'm no specific religion but I have always felt watched over and protected for most of my life until this depression. I put in a prayer request through the app and asked them to contact me back by email…

  3. Thank you for posting and keeping these livestreams up. Sometime can't make it but is informative!😁 Did something that is major help with the depression….spending time with animals. This weekend I volunteered with mobile adoption event with my city animal shelter at our Botanic Gardens❤🐶. Like your reference to song Boy In The Bubble….my mind was blown.😲 Another song that had MANY meanings to me over my life was Vincent (Starry Starry Night). When I heard it as a kid…I had a beautiful picture of a night sky in my mind. Later as a teen I learned it was about Vincent Van Gogh, I was taking art in high school and finding my style through inspirations. Then after I was diagnosed with depression, he was one of the first famous people I learned had depression…this made another change in my artwork. Wanted to share story of how different influences gave me perspective.😁
