Depression – My Story

Drinking took me to depression and once I left the depression, I backed up slowly! Thank you very much for watching and I hope you enjoyed my video. 1. You should read the book "The Power Of Now" by Eckhart Tolle.   When you quiet your mind, you can get at the source of your depression.   The book has helped me transform my mental illness.

    2. I had depression for 4 years from when I was 13-17 for a number of reasons to do with my family and friends and I thought about killing myself every day for all those years started drinking and smoking and did some drugs (and I mean a lot harder than just a bit of weed) I even tried suicide and then after my 3rd attempt I found happiness, then I was fine until 2 months ago I quit smoking so obviously I had depression and anxiety for 2 months as is normal with quitting smoking and I get free therapy, anyway thank you so much for making this it helped so much 😀
