(softly and softly) Hi friends, in this video, I'm creating a more layer of art in the selected pages of my art journal. This is a work in progress. Very few pages are finished at this point. This is the second video of many who follow, creating the illustrations on each page, until it is finished. You will hear many different sounds that include: painting, smearing, drawing, rubbing and a lot of other sounds of artistic processes. These sounds were created to trigger ASMR responses of relaxation, comforting and relaxing sensations, and provide a pleasant tingling throughout the body. We invite you to ask questions in the comments section.

My Patreon page helps keep my YouTube channel up and running. By supporting me there, I can create higher quality videos for you to see here. I use these funds to buy better equipment, accessories, supplies, software and the talents of a sound editor. If you have found value in watching any of my videos, consider helping to support this healing office.
I have set up my Patreon page so that people commit to each video individually. Therefore, you can choose how many you would like to help support per month. Some months may have fewer videos than others and I wanted you to get the most value for your contribution. There are also many advantages, so stop and take a look.
Many people ask "What is ASMR – Autonomic sensory response of meridians?"
All ASMR videos are about the creation of sounds or visual effects that stimulate the responses of well-being, happiness, relaxation and many other happy expressions. Only a small percentage of people are caused by these sounds and visual effects. What makes everyone else wonder why the hell we are listening and watching these videos.
Do you ever hear sounds that make you feel relaxed? White noise, people talking in the distance, repetitive sounds? Did your parents ever read books or tell you stories until you fell asleep? Did the sound of your voice make you feel safe and comfortable and it really did not matter what you were saying … and you fell asleep gently? Other sounds include sounds of drawing, brushing, rubbing, tearing, tapping, wrinkling, crushing. I really enjoy the soothing sounds of walking on dry leaves and pebbles as I walk through the park.
Sometimes people are also activated by visual images. How to look at someone's hands doing something repetitive, like smashing clay or doing something. For others, the trigger is a deep connection with someone, which includes lots of eye contact, soft speech and / or whispers and attention to detail. Therefore, many of these videos revolve around role-playing games such as grooming, haircutting, shampooing hair, applying nail polish, a facial massage or even a personal exam, such as Ocular or auditory examination.

For those of you who are new to ASMR, keep an open mind. Not everyone experiences this phenomenon.
