ASMR – Relaxing Treating Your Sunburn Roleplay πŸ˜ŽπŸ–πŸŒŠ (WITH MUSIC, CROWD AMBIENCE, WAVES CRASHING)

Treatment of sunburn! I hope you enjoy this video; I thought it was time to bring back the green screen and it is the sunburn season. Sit back, relax and enjoy. (Another version without music and beach atmosphere will also arrive in case you get distracted by those sounds). Sending love! X

Main triggers: visual triggers, personal attention, ambient sounds, soft voice

ASMR has helped me to be a more productive and peaceful person. Often I will only listen to ASMR while I work. Anxiety has been a struggle for me in recent years, and I find that ASMR has really helped me move on. However, I believe in the importance of registered counselors and therapists as well. If you have anxiety or depression problems, contact someone who can help you. For now, I leave you with this video and this verse, which has helped me in times of stress and tension. I love you all!

Isaiah 40: 11-12
He will feed his flock like a shepherd. He will carry the lambs in his arms, keeping them close to his heart. He will gently guide the mother sheep with her young. Who has measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, or with the width of his hand marked in the heavens? Who held the dust of the earth in a basket, or weighed the mountains on the scales and the hills in balance?

  7. I fry like a lobster, so I have to be really careful due to my skin damage. I wish I would of had a friend like you to apply aloe on me, especially my backside. You have beautiful skin Oz, so apparently you are much more careful in the Sun. Love the waves, your voice, & the ambient sounds in addition to your pretty smiles. TY sweetie! Great job! πŸ’“Mick😎

  9. It reminds me when I went to the beach, I got sunburned so bad, I was literally red and hot as hell, but it wasn't that bad as I thought, it was worse, I only felt I was on fire when the breeze touched me πŸ˜‚

  10. Sure, it's only after my shoulders have finished peeling from my burn that this is posted. I could have used it a month ago πŸ˜†

  11. Story Time with Phil:
The worst sunburn I ever got was 20-something years ago; it resulted from a combination of underestimating the sun risk on a cloudy day, and underestimating how much hair loss I was already sporting by my mid-20s (and thus overestimating how much my hair was still protecting my scalp). So, how bad was it? Well… When I went back to work at the end of the 3-day weekend, they promptly sent me home again "until [my] head heal[ed] up some." Lesson learned, and now I wear a broad-brimmed hat and SPF Over 9000 sunscreen if I'm going to be outdoors for any length of time.
