Are You Depressed? – WATCH THIS!


Depression can affect anyone at any time.

It does not matter if you are rich, poor, healthy, unhealthy, white, black, brown, American, English or Russian.

The depression does not matter how old you are, you can be 13 or 92 years old.

According to the world health organization, 300 million people worldwide suffer from depression.

It is estimated that 15% of the adult population will experience depression at some point in their lives.

If you suffer from depression, you are NOT weak!

If you suffer from depression you are NOT an attention seeker!

If you suffer from depression, you are NOT a queen or king of drama!

If you suffer from depression your feelings are VALID!

There is no shame in saying that you suffer from depression.

There is no shame in seeking help on how you feel.

There is NO shame in going to therapy or counseling.

There is NO shame in taking medications for depression.

It's good that you feel scared.

It's good that you feel vulnerable.

It's good that you feel lost.

It's okay to feel numb.

It's fine, it's good, it's good!

You're not alone!

There are 300 million people around the world who feel EXACTLY the same as you.

You feel like you're in a dark tunnel, right?

You feel that you are lost and you will never be found, right?

I promise you there is LIGHT at the end of the tunnel.

I promise you that one day you will be found.

You are braver than you know, you have suffered in silence for so long.

    1. I think have depression and social anxiety. And lately I’m stressed because I can’t find a job.
      I tried to tell my parents that I might suffer from depression. They didn’t understand me. They think “I shouldn’t to be sad” because I’m doing nothing. Stay at home all day.
      It’s not easy, I also want to be productive or useful. But it’s truly hard. I always afraid of what people think about me, scared of being refused, at same time I don’t care about others. I don’t know. It’s really frustrating.
      I tried to be happy and find some hobbies to keep me motivated. But sometimes I just want to end my life.
