Achieve your dreams despite post natal depression (Postpartum depression/Postpartum anxiety)

Reach your dreams despite postpartum depression (postpartum depression / postpartum anxiety).

In a video different from mine today, I am talking to those of you who feel overwhelmed, stuck and unable to see a way forward. I am sharing my story on how to overcome depression and postpartum anxiety and begin recovery from postnatal depression as you also find ways to achieve your dreams. How you can achieve success despite obstacles. How I am working to overcome negative thinking and find success and a path to overcoming depression. You can also achieve your destination, even if you are walking on a difficult path at this time. I hope that sharing my history of postnatal depression helps you.

  1. I had postpartum depression with my first daughter and your story really resonates with me. She was born in 2008 and I would have loved to have heard more stories like this. Keep sharing your story – the world needs it. 🙂

  2. Lots of great lessons here. I think the tiny steps is the best lesson. Sometimes you just have to tiptoe forward to get somewhere. Thank you for sharing!

  3. Well done for sharing your story lovely! It's so brave to be so open about it. Such an inspiring journey that you've been on xx

  4. Well done for sharing this, Hun. As you know my blog is all about PND and Anxiety so I 100% understand how both PND and blogging can completely transform lives. Inspiring as always xxx

  5. Love that, don't be a victim. I think i'm going to print that out. Love the Mamaprenuer Revolution, such a wonderful group.

  6. So much truth! We have the power to choose how we respond. I'm reminding myself today that I just need to take one step at a time and that, while I'd love to move faster, life circumstances doesn't always allow for that – but we can all move forward one step. I have struggled with depression as part of my physical health condition and was sure that ppd would be something I'd probably have to battle – SO thankful that wasn't the case! I've been as well as I've ever been since my little man was born nearly 9 months ago. Still struggling in some other ways but I'm thankful for doing as well as I am. It's hard starting a business with an increasingly active little boy but I'm determined to make it work! Congrats on your success!
