Today's world can be extremely stressful. We are always so busy with our schedules from 9 to 5 and fulfilling our responsibilities at home, that we often forget to take a break. I mean, it's hard to do. We are the busiest generation in history. If you have felt dejected, and maybe a little depressed lately, it's fine. There are many things you can do to naturally increase your mental health.

1. Walk to reduce depression.

Only fifteen minutes of walking per day, literally, can change your brain. Many psychiatrists and doctors say that walking every day is one of the easiest things to do to reduce depression. Studies show that 200 minutes of walking per week, (30 minutes per day), can reduce depression and improve the quality of life in general.

Lifting weights increases your physical health by building muscle and improving circulation. But it can also help you mentally, since small objectives consisted of practice. When we do 15 repetitions instead of 10, it can make us feel much better with ourselves. Studies show that setting small goals throughout the day can make you much happier and more self-fulfilling.
