20 things I would do if I wanted depression
13/20 – Drink regularly canned energy drinks
It is very ironic that canned energy drinks, while temporarily giving you energy, actually result in you using more energy. The point is that people look too much at what gives them energy instead of STOP high-energy depletion activities.
When you put high levels of toxins in your body, it uses a lot more energy to get them out of your system as quickly as possible. Your body, either ASIMILA (USE) what you put in it or ELIMINATE (GET RID).
The elimination of waste consumes a lot of energy and, if the energy is running low, this process slows down. Then you say things like, "I feel like shit." This is because your body does not have the energy to eliminate all the toxins you have put in it.
So, if I wanted depression, the consumption of toxins would decrease my energy (in total), when I have less energy I do not want to do anything. When I do not do anything, I do not do homework. Then I feel unhappy because I'm not making progress. If you are not making progress, then you are DEPRIVING!
