10 things to help you deal with anxiety and depression

You must have something to focus on that will make you think about your anxiety and depression. You need a progressive long-term goal that gives you some satisfaction. The objective does not have to be specific. It could be, for example: improving the conversation with people / or improving their relationships with women / or getting in a fantastic way
You should also set small daily goals to make your day more interesting and fun. One of the things I've learned about people is that they don't like their lives to be the same every day. This is what makes people feel desperate, anxious and depressed. (Change is really important)
When you can create a change in your life that is meaningful to you, it really helps keep your anxiety and depression to a minimum level. You cannot completely get rid of anxiety and depression, it is normal for everyone to suffer. If that were the case, no one would be struggling with mental health, because doctors would have found a permanent cure. All you can do is learn to handle it. This does not mean that you cannot live a normal happy life and reach your full potential. YES! YOU CAN
These are things that really help me and I hope they can help you too.
Cleaning my apartment
Washing my clothes
Go for a walk
Go to the gym and train
Watching a good movie with a great story.
Going to see my family
Meet a friend
Talk to a woman I like and have a date.
Go eat at a restaurant.
I can help someone anyway.
I discovered that your thinking and your emotions play an important role in how you feel day by day. That's why you have to face your anxiety, depression and struggle! Otherwise, it will hit you in a very dark place that you really won't.
Anxiety and depression can be a blessing or a curse depending on how you use it. It takes tremendous character to continue fighting depression. I firmly believe that you can win the fight for your depression if you really want to.
Don't listen to the negative voice in your head that tells you to lie in bed and stay at home. Go out and meet people and do things that scare and intimidate you.
When you do this, you will become what I call fearless.

By the way, if your depression and anxiety are really bad and you can't deal with them. I recommend that you seek professional help, it will be the best thing you have ever done. There is weakness in getting help. Actually, it is a real strength to have the courage to seek help.
